Flat hourly rates. No hidden fees. 4 hours minimum.
DURING *PROM AND HOMECOMING SEASON PRICING DIFFERS – 6 HOUR MINIMUM WITH A $50/HR SURCHARGE
If the distance to the pickup address is more than 60 miles from 75040, subsequently an additional fee will be surcharged the amount for the cost of one hour for each 60 miles
By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Flat Hourly Rates:
- Our pricing is based on flat hourly rates with a minimum reservation requirement of 4 hours.
2. Inclusions in the Price:
- The hourly rates include the following:
- Credit Card Processing Fee
- Reservation Fee (non-refundable deposit*)
- Electronic Payment Transfer Fee
- Tax
- Fuel Fee
- Toll Fee
- General Cleaning Fee**
3. Exclusions from the Price:
- The hourly rates do not include tips to the driver. While not mandatory, gratuities are appreciated and can be given directly to your driver.
4. Deposit and Payment:
- A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a bus for your event if the booking is made at least 7 days in advance.
- For reservations made less than 7 days before the event, the full amount (deposit and balance) must be paid upfront.
- If a reservation is canceled 2 days or less before the event, the amount will not be refunded.
5. General Cleaning Fee:
- The General Cleaning Fee is included in the hourly rates. However, it does not cover cleaning vomit, blood, or other bodily fluids.
- Additional charges will apply for the cleaning of such incidents, and the client will be responsible for these extra costs.
6. Pricing Transparency:
- We pride ourselves on transparency with our pricing. There are no hidden fees beyond what is explicitly mentioned in the hourly rates and the associated inclusions and exclusions.
7. Service Terms:
- Our services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
8. Responsibility for Damages:
- The client is responsible for any damages caused to the bus during the event, beyond normal wear and tear.
9. Safety Guidelines:
- Passengers are expected to adhere to safety guidelines while on board. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in the termination of the service without a refund.
10. Booking Modifications:
- Modifications to the reservation, such as changes in location or additional hours, may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
11. Privacy:
- Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
12. Intellectual Property:
- The content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability:
- Party Minibus is not liable for delays or failures to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or road conditions.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
14. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Dallas.
15. Changes to Terms:
- Party Minibus reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
